Beatrice Beatle is editor and CEO of the Insect Gazette. A newspaper for, by, and about insects and others creatures. Her staff consists of a perky grasshopper named Hyper Hopper, Cathy Caterpillar, Ms. Ladybug and Hopper Junior their photographer. The paper also publishes weather reports, recipes and general happenings in the forest community.
The reporters interview a color-blind praying mantis; the cricket sisters, a popular rap group; a daddy longlegs that’s really a mommy; a firefly that can barely light up; and a honey bee that for some reasons sends other bees on wild goose chases.
